Any order placed on www.karmamatcha.be implies full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Karma Matcha offers Japanese matcha teas and accessories. The photos presented on the website are not contractually binding. Product offers are valid while stocks last.

Confirming an order implies payment. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

Prices are shown in euros, including VAT.
Accepted payment methods: credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay. Transactions are secured via Stripe.
Karma Matcha does not store any banking data.

Home delivery: 2–3 working days

Delivery to a collection point: 3–4 working days

All orders placed before 4 p.m. are shipped the next business day. Delivery times are given as an indication.
The risk is transferred to the buyer as soon as the package is taken over by the carrier.

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty (excluding return costs).

Exceptions: For reasons of hygiene and health protection, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products whose packaging has been opened or unsealed.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us by email at info@karmamatcha.be within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Food products (matcha, teas) are perishable goods and are not covered by the 2-year legal guarantee. If you receive a damaged or non-compliant product, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery at info@karmamatcha.be, with a supporting photo.

Accessories (whisks, whisk holders, etc.) are covered by the 2-year legal warranty, in the event of a defect or malfunction not linked to improper use.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. It is used solely for the purposes of the business relationship between you and Karma Matcha.

All content on the website www.karmamatcha.be (texts, images, logos, visuals) is the exclusive property of Karma Matcha. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the consumer's place of residence, in accordance with the legislation.
