For any item purchased on the website www.karmamatcha.be, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to return a product that is not satisfactory, without penalty or additional costs, except for return costs.
Please note that there are exceptions to the right of withdrawal: for tea and food products, opening the packaging makes the right of withdrawal impossible. Indeed, for reasons of health protection and hygiene, these goods are delivered sealed and cannot be returned once unsealed or opened by the consumer after delivery.
